"A fiery retro-indie soundtrack sets the tone for a film that's as filled with heart as it is fun and quirky. [Indie cinema] used to not be afraid to have a dance sequence in a cafe followed by a casual shootout in the parking lot where they drink coffee and laugh in the midst of the mayhem. "

-Ryan Pierre, NEW YORK WEEKLY

PRAISE

Making a feature film is hard, but making a feature film in the middle of a pandemic is extra hard.

“When I think about the making of Play It Cool, I think about the small victories of making our day, the flat tires in the middle of the desert, the heat stroke, the day we went 6 hours over-schedule, the motel room next to a potential meth-lab, the hard-drive with half the footage we thought we lost, the bus ride with a seat we needed to shoot in that was occupied by a very nice man who was homicidal, and the amazing crew that came together to shoot it.”

-Tommy Anderson, writer/director of the film.

Anna Greene’s Feature film debut.

“When I think about filming Play It Cool, and being on set with the amazing cast and crew, all I can do is smile and laugh because I had the adventure of a lifetime!”.

-Anna Greene, “Margot”
